Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ORANO, the app and related services provided by Infotik ("ORANO", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using ORANO, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
The service
ORANO lets you save short-form videos and other content, and turns them into summaries, key takeaways, action plans, and a searchable knowledge library, with an AI assistant that can answer questions about what you've saved. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove parts of the service at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your country) to use ORANO. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You sign in to ORANO using Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your device and account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you save, write, or generate through ORANO ("Your Content"). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content back to you, and to send it to the third-party AI and search providers described in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the service to you.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to save and process any content you share into ORANO — for example, content you don't own or have permission to use.
Acceptable use
When using ORANO, you agree not to:
- Use the app for anything illegal, or to save/generate content that's unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its backend services.
- Use the AI assistant to generate spam, misinformation, or content intended to deceive others.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage tiers, or security measures.
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI-generated output
Summaries, action plans, and chat responses are generated by AI models and may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. ORANO is a productivity tool, not a source of professional, legal, medical, or financial advice — use your own judgment before acting on anything the assistant tells you.
Purchases & subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription, purchased through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms, not by us directly.
Termination
You can stop using ORANO and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers
ORANO is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infotik won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ORANO, including decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
